genesis:

it all began my sophomore year at Mt. Eden High School in Hayward.
in my ceramics class, i had the opportunity to create whatever i wanted, so i created a robotic whistle. i named him "whoabot."
a few weeks later, i began to draw on my clothes. i would also cut clothes up in order to add to another article. mainly, i would do this with all volcom designs.
soon, i began synthesizing up my own volcom designs, but i realized that it would be horrible for me to get caught, so i decided to come up with my own brand.
after a few minutes of thinking, i looked up to see "whoabot" sitting on my ittybitty piano.
*lightbulb? heckyes.* so i began to draw out his outline onto paper, spent a ridiculous amount of money on unnecessary supplies, and printed out my first whoabot.
after this, i moved to making bandanas along with the standard shirts. soon after that i moved to painting hoodies. amazingly, i jumped from making bandanas to making sweaters and hoodies (handmade) which was an amazing stretch, and i achieved a good amount of success. this sort of stretch began to pave the way for my artistic growth, for currently i've made/sold over 150 items in different states and cities, and now have my own online store.
like it says on my "about me:" provoked by constant disappointment and catalyzed by defense of the idea.

ergo; whoabot was born.
